What a rare and wonderful commodity; mutual admiration and respect between employee and employer. Many people ask, "Why should I give my boss a gift? I give my time, energy and talents every day to my boss and that should be enough." In this day and age of too little loyalty and overworked staffed, it's a jewel to find individuals working together in harmony. A boss who is flexible, fair minded and makes coming to work less of task and more a joy should be shown a little appreciation as these attributes are rare but are clear signs of an extraordinary leader.

Boss' Day gifts should be given as a group effort. If your boss is someone you also consider a friend, then a individual gift is acceptable. Whatever you decide about the gift, if you truly like and respect your boss take a few minutes to let them know (its not sucking up I promise!).
